"Room very tired. Not ready when we arrived didn't get in till after 3. Booked and paid for a late checkout in the evening of our stay as we wanted to rest. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am woke us up then opened the door at 11am we were half dressed late check out was 12. Not impressed and would guess as there is now no proper reception that information is not passed on to house keeping never the less we were woken and paid £20 for the privilege. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which to me is unacceptable Have stayed here many times before but will think twice before I/we stayed here again."

"If you accept that it’s an airport hotel and therefore a conveyor belt of people then it’s fine (if expensive) for its convenience to T5. Check in usually involves a queue, the bedrooms need a general update and the in room tech is antiquated (only miracast for the TVs - no plug sockets next to the bed let alone usb’s - touch button light switches broken etc). Feels a bit of a time warp really and could do with a refurb."

"Absolute shambles from start to finish. I stayed at this hotel with two colleagues. The check in process was a joke, it took 45 minutes in the end, during which they couldn't find my booking. The charged me again for breakfast I'd already paid for. The staff were unapologetic, unprofessional and irritating, not listening and they seemed to find it funny that it took so long. The room was dated and the bathroom from. The water didn't drain at all and I couldn't be bothered complaining as the staff were so useless. There was mould and broken tiles around the bath. The following morning, they tried to charge my colleague again for the room which l'd already paid for and refused to believe him. Breakfast was ok but for £25 l'd expect fresh rather then frozen fruit and for this price, instant coffee is a joke. There are many, many better options in London. Don't bother."
