"Beautiful property, excellent check-in staff, bed was super comfortable! I brought my teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I did think the pool was going to be bigger, but the location is awesome and it is a beautiful Hyatt, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it -"

"The room was clean, but the bed was a little firm and hard. The room had nice amenity kits such as a vanity kit, soap, shower cap, etc. The room had a fridge and a mini coffee maker. The room had a nice view out to the street, and the hotel was in walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and eateries. There's a really nice Italian bakery around the corner, and Outback, Chili's, and Famous Dave's Restaurants across the street. My only complaint is the front desk staff. When we arrived, it was a bit early for check it. I inquired if our room was available for check in. The front desk clerk said not yet; the only thing available was a double suite for $80 more. I told them we would wait. There was another couple who checked in behind us, whose room was also not ready. My husband and I ended up going to get lunch. We were at lunch for about an hour. We came back to the hotel and the room still wasn't ready. We waited another hour. The couple behind us from before inquired and then they got their room. I went back up to the desk to ask about the room, and the same clerk from before said the only rooms available were the double suite for $80, and the deluxe King for $25. I asked her if the $25 was available earlier and she said yes. We took the $25 upgrade but were confused as to why she didnt say anything sooner. We were tired from literally flying across the country to California. There are other hotels in the area, we may stay at another next time."

"Booked this great hotel through hotels.com months before. When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have any records of us or our reservation. I showed them the reservation number and all the details from hotels.com. I was asked to forward the email from hotels.com to them, which I did. After about 10 minutes, the manager came over, understood what happened and assigned us a better room than what we selected thru hotels.com. 25 minutes later, we arrived in our suite with a water front view and balcony. A bit stressful, but the staff were very friendly, accommodating and understanding."

"I used to love this hotel. Stayed 20 plus nights over 8 years (considering I live 2000 miles away and not associated with the airlines that frequent this hotel) Had arguably the worst experience after the amazing 15 minute check in period. Valet and front desk were very hospitable. But then starts the disappointment. Room keeping must have been in a rush because room was turned over with body wash and conditioner and shampoo at below usage levels... Damaged mirror was hanging in the wall by a screw(literally) Toilet seat needed replacing And had issues with trying to operate the shower...after bringing the details to front desk my replacement room in a hotel at under 70% occupancy was the room next door to another room being serviced with obnoxious noise levels. Also the replacement room had 3 other eye sores that would almost make the room unavailable at most comparable properties. For a hotel that charges 160 minimum (can go up to 500 when busy) plus a mandatory destination fee of 60 dollars. I never thought I would have to need a law degree to explain what my food and beverage credit worked for. The attendant at the cafe didn't want to offer me room charge after letting the guest right in front of me use room charge! (which is the only way to get the Credit?!) To say I was disappointed is being nice..."
