Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked.

honestly the staff made my mom feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable they escorted her to her room and didn’t provide a room key at all said they would slide it under the door at midnight and never did then the next day same staff member was rude when she asked about the key.
