Well Run Boutique Hotel!

Good location to Convention Center, felt safe walking around in the evening. Nice hotel, may not want to stay on ground floor, but there are only stairs for the upper floors. Restaurants, Vons (Fridge in room) and coffee are within an easy walk. I found street parking (very lucky from the looks of it!) and felt it was safe with all the small apartments nearby, locals coming and going... They offer off-street parking but I didn't need it so can't report. Do look at the street-sweeping signs if you park on street, the days/times change every block it seems!

We really liked the property and the staff was exceptional. They were helpful and extremely kind. The challenge is the parking. There is no on site parking and parking in the area is always taken. Th as t was the most challenging. They do offer parking via a nearby hotel for a fee which wasn’t a bad deal. It was just a few minutes away.

I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable this stay was. They add little touches that straddle it from affordable motel to a more cute hotel like experience. Slept great, super clean, cute slippers provided and decent shower/toiletries. Also great location!

The front desk was very attentive to our needs and even checked in during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. The room was very clean and we were very happy with our stay. This one is a gem!
