"Easy and free parking, fastest check-in ever, convenient to retail and restaurants, safe and relatively quiet area. Older hotel with no frills. I don't recommend relying on hairdryer (it's a tiny one), nor hair conditioner and lotion (not offered). Comfy bed and a/c sound is audible but not terrible. You can hear neighbor's tv or voices if they're loud. We pretty much were there to sleep and shower (nice hot water! )."

"The hotel was in a great location and had a nice room. We did experience cold showers often while there. The bar was good but the restaurant had issues and were not the best at accommodating guests. Bikes that could be borrowed were very limited and had to get there early to get one. Able to walk to most locations or drive. "

"Dirty rooms. Dust everywhere. Doors that only I could close because it was so heavy. So my wife could not. No room service. I had to change the sheets myself. To compensate they did give me the parking for free. Will not stay there ever again!"

"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."
