Check in was wonderful. Alfred was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was delightful. They had a local musician on Friday night that was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again! The ALOHA is awesome!!!

Flies in room, fan/ airconditioner both was not working properly. Switched rooms, woke up to my car having an abondoned sticker on it...and it would be towed within 24 hours..because no one asked me for my plate # someone called the police to report my car was parked illegally! When in fact had they followed through with their job...they would have known I "was" a paying customer! Way to welcome someone Kauai Inn. Very dissapointed, this could have been avoided.

The staff were wonderful! Daily housekeeping and fresh towels, front desk and grounds staff all super friendly and attentive. Loved this place! Chairs all over can find a quiet solo spot to read or go sit by the pool and socialize. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar. Everything was perfect for a bargain price!!
