Loved that it was hot water... they don't have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!

"I tried to find ways to give this resort 5 stars.Visually is excellent and the food is excellent as well.There was no shuttle from our room to the beach which was a very long walk as the resort is huge.The sports bar charges $5 for a game of pool!!Unreal.The staff was sub par but there were a few excellent host and waiters.Overall its a good resort but for the price you can do better.Get to the pools early like 6am or you wont get a seat."
