Hotel was great, not as crowded as other reviews. staff was very helpful. Food came quickly. Drinks were great as well. Beach was amazing and there was always room on the ferry. I do recommend a rental car to see local attractions- specifically El Yunque.

"Garden view swimout was amazing; late afternoon sun and felt and sounded like you were in the jungle.
Food was good, but inconsistent. Portion sizes fluctuated wildly. Never strayed to the Family Side to eat, more than enough options on the Adults Only Side.
Bartenders and staff were great, drinks were strong, housekeeping was thorough, mini-bar refills were hit and miss.
Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend."
