We stayed at the majestic elegance in March 2025. The property was very nice, rooms were clean and the pool and pool bar were wonderful. However, we were disappointed with the lack of ocean views and the food. Very few rooms are actually ocean front and most are about a 5 minute walk to the beach, we definitely did not hear any waves when we were sleeping. The food options were scarce and we were very disappointed. The Italian restaurant is very dark and doesn't feel like it belongs at a beach resort. The sea and see restaurant was the only waterfront dining but we very disappointed with the options and quality. Me and my wife both left with stomaches and felt we ate much better at home.

Beautiful property. Options for meals excellent. Buffet had sooo many options... Staff willing to cook you anything, grill u steak, shrimp, pork, etc. Need new pickleball paddles... Several are no good. Staff at courts not friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Gym busy and well used. Drinks inconsistent in alcohol amount... Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. Loved resort. Would definitely return. Grounds are clean. Loud at night when kids go to bed in middle of night.

The experience I am sharing is a combined experience of 5 families. Our issues started from check in until we checked out. The property looks nice but there were some issues. Upon checking in, we were not given “towel” cards which were required to get towels at pools. We only found out about those when we went to get the towels. Btw, they charged us a fee for not returning the card that we’d never received. They waived it but it was not an easy discussion. Three of the families in our group had issues with the room from room being locked out, to leaks, to smells. The discussion with the front desk about all these issues wasn’t a good one. In fact, in one occassion, the person just hung up on us. The tiles at the bottom and side of the pool had come off and a couple of us got cuts as well. The number of staff serving beverage at the pool was very limited. We had to go to the bar every time we needed a drink. And when we did go to the bar, the bar was understaffed as well. Not sufficient staff at the beach as well. The funniest experience was at their club which has a completely exposed a sofa storing station on the second floor. All in all, very bad experience. Please do thorough research before you book.

Loved the 6 day visit of relaxing, friendly staff, great drinks and food. Beach is wonderful and water so pretty! Juan and Carlos at See and Sea and the steakhouse are wonderful, Manuel at check-in had our 4 rooms be in the same building which was so nice and appreciated. Anthony at breakfast and the steakhouse was stellar too! Room attendant exceptional, always had new towels and waters replaced as needed. Loved the towel decor or flowers left as well. Felt safe, clean enough and would return!

Staff is excellent. The only complaint we had was the teens or young kids running the walkway outside our room midnight to 2:30 am and yelling every night -security needs to walk around and stop that for sure ..
