We had a great stay! Comfortable, clean room. Daily service was excellent. Beach towels & water refill by the pool. Super convenient, great staff. Perfect location - walking distance to 24 hr grocery store. I accidentally left something in the room safe. Security located it promptly and mailed it back to me right away. The room was spotless. The entire staff was very accommodating. The entire experience was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The quality of the food at the restaurant on the beach however could have been better. More work needs to be done on that front. I would definitely go back again. I truly enjoyed the area.

However I felt uncomfortable at the hotel because the staff was not friendly and Im not sure if they were guards or not but they would stand and stare at me like I was trying to steal something. The food was overpriced and the servjce was bad. The energy of the place was very off-puting. But appearance wise it looks nice.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Great staff. Con: only 2 out 3 elevators were working during our stay. Great food at hotel restaurants.

Needs to be cleaned better . Bed and bathroom were ok but inside of draws and other places were dusty and dirty . The balcony door kept getting jammed . Had maintenance come and was told track was bent and had to keep lifting it up . Elevators took forever . One was always broken .

The food and drinks were excellent!! Thank you to Brenda and Jessie, they were awesome during breakfast. The hotel room was clean and the view was beautiful!! Hotel staff was amazing!!!!

Perfect for families! Right on the beach and the pool had many convenient and safe areas for younger kids to swim. The bars and restaurants all around on the resort were super convenient too.
