For the price, this is a good deal. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and has a good breakfast. Location is 10 mins from Dollywood and the middle of every thing.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was available from check in throughout our stay. Even when we checked out. The only complaint was with breakfast. We were there from Sunday to Friday. Each mornings meat selection was only sausage patties. It would have been nice to have had another meat selection.

If you book through a third party, such as Expedia.com, even though the hotel was not full, the staff won't give you a balcony room even though one was available at the same price.
