This unit was new and was a perfect location for an affordable large family vacation. It was new inside and the commons area was great for family dinners and movies.

The property was not ready. We were outside in the rain trying to open the door. Batteries were dead. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was after hours. A young girl got us help finally. Washer and dryer don’t operate. Found that out after clothes washed. Fireplace is for decorating only. Just not very good stay!

Not bad, not great
The location is central to Pigeon Forge activities. Property is located off main road up a slight hill which is great for noise control and nice view of mountain. The property itself was clean and quiet. The condominium was practical and needs a little help. The sink is clogged so if you let water run for 30 seconds, it will fill the sink and take a minute to go down. The bathrooms similar but not as bad. The bathroom nearest entrance scared me when it came to the shower because it will shake and rattle loudly unless you turn it all the way up hot first. Thought it was about to burst. The fitted sheets on both beds had dog hair on them and so did the pool table. Nice that it dog friendly, but clean with sticky brush or similar to pick up dog hair. Other than that, the property is nice for our 3-day stay.
