Desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, five-stars to him. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, so I give him a special call out. The worst part of the check-in process was the electronic pre-check in. It took longer to do the precheck-in online then if we had just handed the clerk our ID and credit card upon arrival.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay. The room was immaculate. Our check in was a breeze since I did the pre-check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a small shop you can get drinks out of. Their pool is open until 2 a.m.!! You cant beat that! There were plenty of ALL the amenities they say they provide. It isn't hard to get in or out of the hotel parking lot, which is always a plus. It is in walking distance of gas stations, shops, and food. When we come to town next time, this will be our new spot, hands down.

We loved the selections of breakfast items available. Also, the coffee and lemonade bar. We were in the front of the building, disturbing. the noise from motorcycles, late at night, especially on the weekend, was disturbing. Staff at the front desk was great.

The entire hotel was spotless, cozy, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating: this was my second stay at The Walden, but it won’t be my last. I can honestly say this is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. kudos to the entire staff.
