•••Stairs Only (No Elevator): The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Please be aware that guests will need to walk up the stairs and carry their belongings themselves.

•••Indoor Fireplace is NOT available: The fireplace in the apartment used to be operational. However, after an incident where guests almost caused serious harm, we made the decision to permanently close it for safety reasons. For this reason, the fireplace is not available for use.

••• Road Access: The condo is located in the mountains, about 10–15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg (depending on your driving speed). To get there, you’ll need to drive on a steep and winding mountain road. The road is safe, but please be prepared for sharp turns and drive carefully. For reference, we personally reached the condo with a dually pickup truck, and it fit without any issues — just keep in mind that mountain driving requires some extra attention.


••• Laundry & Dryer: Washing machines and dryers are not inside the apartment. They are located just across the street, next to the office. This is a coin-operated service, so you will need to bring coins and your own detergent.

••• Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as this apartment is also used by our family as a vacation property, and one of our family members has a severe allergy to animals. At the same time, we completely understand how important pets are to many travelers, and we would have loved to welcome them. However, in this case, health and safety must come first.

••• Party: Parties Are Strictly Forbidden. Our resort community has Silent Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Many families with children stay here, so we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet environment. Parties or loud gatherings are completely forbidden according to our HOA rules.
If you’re looking for a place to host a party, please consider booking a stand-alone cabin, where you won’t have any neighbors or noise restrictions.

There are a couple of entrances to the building. Finding the door that led to the condo was a guessing game at first. Once we figured out condos ending in 1 and 2 were in the first door and condos ending in 3 and 4 were in the second door, it was good. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor, we didn't want to go all the way up to the third floor to figure out we were in the wrong stairwell. This was so minor though but it would've been nice to know which door to go in to take the guesswork out of it. Check in time is 4pm - could definitely be earlier - would've preferred 2pm. Check out time is 10am - would've preferred 11am or 12pm - the condo isn't that big so the cleaning crew could definitely clean it in 2-3 hrs. Now on to the really good stuff. This condo was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and so cute. It is remodeled with granite counter tops, undated sinks, gorgeous flooring, nice blinds, comfortable furniture, nice TVs, extra blankets, dishes/pots/pans/flatware/coffee maker/glasses/coffee cups/coffee/sugar/snacks/a couple bottles of Pellegrino/a lot of towels/two toothbrushes w/tiny little toothpaste tubes/shower gel/body lotion/shampoo, etc. The two decks were nice. The larger one faces NW so we got to enjoy a gorgeous sunset and after dark, a view of the lights in the city. All this for a very affordable overnight rate. We had planned to use the indoor pool but didn't get the chance. The road to get to the condo is very steep in some parts and very winding.

Very lovely little condo. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. Views were fantastic and believe the warnings…there are bears all around. The road up and down is a little scary the first time or two but after a couple of days it wasn’t so bad. Host was extremely responsive and helpful! Overall no major complaints and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for some amazing views!
