Gabriel at the front desk was very rude. The toilet was stopped up. We asked Gabriel “ the front desk host” for maintenance. Gabriel told us. “Don’t you plunge your own toilets” he was very rude, disrespectful and showed very little customer service skills. We also needed our table cleaned off so we. Plus eat breakfast. He got annoyed and said “what that cup” came over and snatched it off the table. He’s not a good front desk host. Because of bad service and a lack of English speaking staff / housekeeping members. We will not come back to this hotel

At check in we discovered the room had an odor, the floor was stained, neither of the phones worked and there was no tv remote. Called the front desk from my cell phone and they eventually brought us a tv remote but said nothing at all about the phones not working. Went to the bar around 7:30pm to find there was no bartender and the kitchen was closed. Next morning came down for breakfast and there was no biscuits and gravy as stated on the menu of the hotel. No milk for the cereal and the toaster was broken. Needless to say this stay has broken us from ever staying at a Hyatt anywhere.

The room was ready on time and check in was very easy. I like the layout and it is good for my stay. Has a refrigerator and microwave so that is convenient. Very reasonable price and am looking forward to the free shuttle to the airport very early in the morning.

As soon walking into the hotel strange smell not pleasant at all. Planning to stay and ask front desk to hold bag while waiting for check in. Leave backpacks on dirty room. Didn’t stay at all location. Outside someone throw up and hotel staff covered with white towels.

Our stay was only one night because there was a weather alert for a snow storm so we had to drive an hour to get to the hotel which was very close to the airport because we had to fly the next morning for a family funeral. The room was great. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was good too. Would stay again.
