The initial assigned room has a leaking refrigerator and we were moved to another room that has roaches all over. There was no hot water either. We had to check out and they are not refunding us the cost even after the check out receptionist promised it was taken care off.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I really like the breakfast buffet too. This hotel is a little ‘tired’ though - it’s a great location, I think it could use a refurbishing and updating - maybe new carpeting in the hallways. It’s just kind of dark and dingy looking.

Unclean room, hairs in the bed, sticky substance on the bedside table, two condom wrappers on the floor, dirt on counters and floor. Just overall unclean. Crazy. and apparently can’t get any money back from the hotel because it’s through Expedia. But Expedia says is up to the hotel and they won’t allow refunds. So which one is it? Just overall ridiculous

I would not stay there again! They said there is a bar on site but was yelled at from the bartender multiple times. Only served his local people and also was a little shady with brown bags.? And watching other people get yelled at.

The place was shabby and neglected. Check in itself took 20 minutes per family (there was one before us). When we got to our room, it wasn’t cleaned so they gave us a different room one. The room was clean but the beds were tiny. The phone in our room was broken. The toilet was broken - my husband had to put his hand in it to try to fix it in the middle of the night. They did send maintence the next day and I believe they fixed it. The shower knob was impossible - did not work well. We couldn’t get hot water so maintenance had to come again to jiggle the knob and get it to work. The pool was ok - but the area smelled like poop and we discovered what I think is was a dog poop near the entrance to the pool area from the hotel courtyard. One of the water slides was broken. The free breakfast was so unappetizing that we went somewhere else.
