"Found a dead roach in the fridge, then found a live roach in the bedroom. They moved us to a new room. The pool was packed and then when we finally got in, there was hair and dirt and I got in infection in my eye from there. The buffet was nice and food delicious, two free alcoholic drinks per person over 21 yrs of age. They charge you $10 a night for parking. Many times was walking in halls and smelled weed, hallways were dirty and floors everywhere were sticky and pool spilled lol down hallway. Will not go back again. People next door so loud could hear everything and heard gunshots around 11 pm at night what heard was in parking lot."

"This review is probably affected by their refusal to refund me for the day I missed. I showed up one day late because I got the reservation dates wrong.. they refused to give me a refund and so did Expedia. I even had insurance but still no refund for the missed day. your excuse at the hotel was that I paid through Expedia, so Expedia should do the refund. Anyway, I’m pretty upset about the whole thing and all I can remember is I had a miserable time there because I got billed for two nights, but only stayed one and they refused to help. Never stay there and never use Expedia to book either becaus/e you won’t get your money back."
