The hotel could be very nice. There was not even close to enough employees to run the place. Laundry was not working, same with pool. We got locked in the pool room for at least 30 minutes. Hotel phone system and phone to the desk did not work. Internet didn’t work. There was practically no food for breakfast because “they were waiting on deliveries “. I could go on but am not going to. Don’t stay here not worth the trouble or the money.

There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.

Room keys did not work entire stay. Hard to get help at front desk as no one was there much of the time. Was told no more clean towels in the hotel when I asked for a couple as we had six people to our room and only 3 in the room. Hotel was in need of repairs. Pool was nice. Hot tub closed as it was not working. Breakfast was ok. Prices were reasonable but probably would choose somewhere else next time.

So horrible. Rooms smell, sheets are dirty and full of hair. WiFi doesn’t work. No soda machines work. Ice machines don’t work. Nothing available at the front desk and attendant is not able to answer any questions. Hot tub is same temp as pool water. Rooms are different than pictures shown online.
