Excellent staff and a beautiful hotel overall. The only issue during our stay was that one of the elevators was out of service during a busy competition weekend at the conference center. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes just to get down from the 7th floor.

We "dried" it with a towel which turned very dirty from the floor. We left for a while and the oily moisture resurfaced. We had to wear shoes the entire stay. The bathtub had a bad spot in the finish and looked like it had been painted over and had exposed fiberglass. That bad area was also very slick.The general feel and appearance was a poor quality, badly maintained hotel. That being said, the price was affordable but left us ready to leave the premises. Did not say anything to the staff becasue their attitude made it feel like a futile attempt."
