"This property is wonderful for family gatherings. There was plenty of space for everyone of all ages to spread out for some quiet time, but also plenty of space to gather together for meals, football watching and family games. We loved the multiple kitchens, the pre teens loved the large conference room that had plenty of room for them to enjoy and feel like grown ups, the teens loved the hot tub/pool and everyone enjoyed the horses and cows. The house was very clean, the kitchen had all the necessary supplies, the beds were comfy and plenty of towels provided for showers/pool/hot tub. We highly recommend this property for large family gatherings. "

"Perfect home for a weekend trip to Dripping Springs for.a wedding. Feels like you’re way out in the country but it’s only a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The house is clean, nicely furnished and has a great patio area with lots of seating and an outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend!"
