"Our visit started off in a very positive way with the help of Maria at the front desk. She was delightful and seemed genuinely excited to share recommendations for our stay in Austin. She took quite some time and hand wrote a thoughtful itinerary for us and it was much appreciated. Then we met Conrad at the valet stand. His genuine enthusiasm and absolutely charming personality was so heartwarming and sweet. If we had a question, he would take out his phone and research to ensure that he was giving us the proper answers even went so far as to get us parking at a sister hotel for a late night trip to a roof top bar. The complementary breakfast we received every morning was more than just adequate. Each morning brought forth a special dish, including breakfast tacos, French toast, and fruit filled pancakes that were made to order. If we ever return to Austin, we would 100% use this property again for the friendly staff, clean and practical rooms and wonderful location."

"Nice newer property. Very accommodating staff all around. Great location if you like the partying on Rainey st. Of not, know that it can be very noisy. We arrived on Sunday evening and even 11 floors up the street noise was very noticeable in our room. Loud bass and bar sounds plus some from the highway. The next two nights were much quieter. He hotel did provide a white noise machine which helped."
