We checked in went up to our assigned room and the key didn’t work. After several attempts we finally took all our belongings back down to the lobby. The hostess realized she had written the wrong room number on the card. After getting into our room, the TV didn’t work. We called and two hours later someone brought a random remote controller that also didn’t work. When checking out the next morning we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, it was not busy at all but every non occupied table was dirty. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait with no one in front of us. We scraped that idea. When checking out we discussed our check-in and room issues with a female host. She told us the room would be taken care of. To this date, it has not.

A nice hotel, but not spectacular. The room was on the small side. Nice bathroom, with walk-in shower, but the bathroom had a bright motion sensor light that would come on whenever we walked in at night, which we hated. Rooftop bar on floor eight is nice. Close to sixth street and the capital, and walkable to the UT campus (about a mile). Has a nice gym that we didn't use. The staff was friendly.

A lot of road blocks and had to go around several times to get to the hotel. Valet needs more drivers to retrieve cars to meet their stated time 12 minutes

Cute but Tiny

Cute hotel with a great busy location. Staff was nice. Hotel lobby is tiny and the rooms are even smaller. Seems like Rooms are designed for one person (like nyc) with bathroom sliding door barely offering any privacy for a couple. The elevators didn’t seem to all work., On a Thursday there were often lines of people waiting to get in elevator. I came down and forgot my wallet and had to literally wait in line of angry and frustrated people to get back up to my room. I would probably not stay here again for this reason alone.
