Nice and affordable property accessible to downtown and UT Austin college. Staff all are so courteous. Stayed more than couple of times here. Sure recommend to families. Only suggestion may be to extend breakfast timing till 9 am and checkout time by 12 noon, if that’s not a too much of ask :-)

For the price, this was the best hotel I've ever visited. At first glance you think its sketchy The infernal highway destruction doesn't help, but once you get inside lobby all is great. Short walk to several good restaurants. The interior was spotless. The room way nice and roomy. Bathroom sparkling. Desk chair not so good but the mattress and bedding is awesome. Quiet and comfy! Breakfast was wanting, but it was hot and plentiful. Staff were helpful, smiling and terrific. All in all a very nice stay. And for the price/location, the best.

Breakfast was missing crispy bacon, but it was good. My room was spacious and clean. The whole property was clean. I couldn’t turn the treadmills on in the fitness center, but the elliptical was great.

Overall decent place to stay if you're staying one night. The construction on the freeway is really bad and the only way out is on the feeder road. Breakfast was not that great eggs were very watery and the breakfast time was inconvenient. It starts at 6 am and ends at 8 am so if you wanted to sleep in you miss out. Parking is a little tough at night. Lots of construction workers staying there. With traffic which is all day it took about 35 minutes to get to downtown Austin and the same back. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which was a plus since we missed breakfast the second day to sleep in. Towels and linens very clean. The rooms are very dated though and it gets a little humid. Staff was very nice and easy check in and out. Did not like the 100 dollar security deposit though. It was returned 3 days later but I had already prepaid for the room.
