Come visit for the local attractions with Lego land, San Diego Safari Park, Temecula/Fallbrook Wineries and beautiful beaches all within a 30-45 minute drive away there’s plenty to do near by. Or stay home and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Level 2 EV charging in driveway. Bring your own NEMA 14-50 charger or barrow ours, Tesla and J1772 compatible!

This beautiful home is situated in a quiet area only 5 minutes from downtown Fallbrook, local wineries and fantastic local restaurants.

With over 8 acres of land explore, there won’t be any need to leave. Enjoy great views and a relaxing evening out on the deck while sitting in a comfortable hot tub or enjoy a nice dinner while sitting around a fire pit dining table and enjoying the sunset

After a long day outdoors come inside and enjoy the many indoor amenities as well. When entering this unique, new home you will immediately notice the 5ft river rock fireplace. The open living area features a 65” HD TV, board games, and large comfortable sofa. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed with an attached bedroom with bunk bed and plenty of toys to entertain the smaller members of your group. There is also a luxurious master bathroom with a separate shower and jetted bathtub to enjoy. A staircase leads to the upstairs where you will find two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and vanity table. One bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the other room offers two twin beds, a full bed and a floor full mattress great for families and kids.

Our kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay as easy as possible. All essentials are available including cooking oil, large variety of spices, some condiments, snacks, cooking utensils, bakeware etc.

The home offers parking for 2 cars under a carport, 3 additional cars between home and garage and a couple extra cars in the driveway

Pets cannot me left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Pets not allowed in upstairs space. Maximum of 3 dogs.

Also, please note, there are various stairs in and around the home and may not be suitable for certain people.

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful home, fully stocked with kitchen supplies. The property is very nice. Loved getting up early to sit out in the back porch and watch the wildlife moving around. It’s just like in the pictures.

We enjoyed the house and the nature surrounding it. We had a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The house was in great condition, and provided plenty of amenities that we did not expect. The place felt secluded but we had a shopping center about 10 min away which was convenient! Loved our weekend here.
