There are a lot of opportunities for improvement; The floors were dirty, dead bugs in the sliding door, stained/dirty shower curtain, and burn marks in the comforter. (We were in a non smoking room) also the tv wasn't working, tried to call front desk no answer. We managed to figure out there was a missing cable which we located. Pool and spa were closed

Room was clean, but building like bathroom wall and floors were cracked. Need a different kind of coffee and creamer.

Grounds were nice and well kept. We were expecting a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi with HOT water. We’re very disappointed because this is specifically what we were looking for...a hot tub. The pool is not heated either.

First off, the customer service was horrible. The woman that checked us in had a horrible look on her face the entire time. The patio door (sliding glass) didnt lock and I went to get extra towels from the front desk, a man behind the desk refused to give me anymore then one tiny bath towel for the 3 of us. We didnt even stay there that night. It was too creepy and I paid a different hotel fees instead. Thats how bad it was.

The only good thing about that place was that the rooms are made of cement. So it's pretty sound-proof, but that's the only good thing of that place. What I did not like, where should I start... at check in the person who checked us in was very short almost seemed annoyed, the "Continental breakfast" was muffins and pastries that come from Costco, old and bruised apples, and it didn't even have cups for coffee you had to bring the cup from your room. As for the room service if you can even call it that house keeping did not sweep or mop the room, they only changed our towels out made our bed by putting the comforter over the bed and that was it, didn't even refresh our coffee packages, and didn't take out the trash from underneath the kitchen sink.

This hotel manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will never stay here again. He was completely unaccomadating and rude without reason. We felt very insecure in this hotel for this reason. The hotel room was fine. However there is something terribly wrong here. Run, don't walk from this place. The hotel down the street was very friendly and accommodating. There is no reason to stay here, EVER!

Bedbugs! Reported to manager and was told sorry. Highly disappointed with my stay, all I have are bites and i am sorry from the managet/owner.

HORRIBLE!!! :(

Pros: Really nothing except was able to park directly in front of room (1space only) Apples, bananas, pastries available, at office, in morning
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE, definitely need this and to speak so people can understand and more willing to HELP!!!
Location: Town of Fallbrook, a few miles off major freeway and other access out of town. The town has pretty much anything needed; Jack in Box right next door
An awful experience, would NEVER go back or refer. Arrived early after working all night. No rooms ready, of course, posted sign, at desk, check in 3pm, if check in early, extra charge $10 per hour for early check in. Still told me no rooms available. Staff, man and lady, didn't speak very good English, very hard to understand, were very unaccommodating or willing to help. Asked about cancelling, said NO, has to be within 72hours of check in, which my text confirmation from Travelocity did not say, but I guess, on hotel website. Credit card already charged (pending, checked statement) which should not have been until checked in, in case of changes. Called Travelocity to see if they could help me to cancel without charges; they called hotel, no help. Called my bank to ask about disputing charge; would have to wait until posted, then file dispute, but could not guarantee that it would be credited depending on hotel's policies. So, I waited around in town, checked in about 250pm and stayed but hated every minute of it! Wanted to get in early, to rest, because had somewhere to go later that afternoon and this made me to not have enough time to rest before my other plans. So, here it is Tuesday July 19 (stayed Sun July 17) and my charge is STILL in PENDING status...
