Very dated property. The sheets were not crisp and white, which is a concern. The furniture is pretty worn out - needs to be upholstered. In the bathroom, the tub creaked, felt it will give way anytime. There was a constant beeping sound coming from the Harbor all night long which made going to sleep problematic. The staff was super nice and very helpful though.

We arrived a lttle early and the lady that greeted us was rude and made us feel we were interrupting her telephone time. I understand we were early but at other hotels the staff suggested places to go and eat or enjoy a site around thd area, she offered none of that and just repeated check in time is 3pm. We returned at the 3pm checkin time and the staff was friendly. The place was clean and the bed was amazing it allowed for an excellent rest. I would suggest this place for others.

Nice clean property in a good location. Only wish the Crescent City Foghorn didn’t sound every 8-10 seconds. We barely heard it during the night with the windows shut and a/c running.

I love the Oceanview Inn. We had actually stayed there several years ago on a previous visit and this visit was easily as great as the first one. The rooms are clean and spacious, close to nearly everything in town and they even offer laundry services! We were warned about a fog horn nearby, that it might annoy us, esp at bedtime? I never even heard it! So while I was thankful for the warning, it didn't matter to me. It made no difference to me and my family as we would still recommend staying at the Oceanview when you visit Crescent City!

A great place, we’ll be back. But please provide pork sausage options for the 97% of people who don’t want to eat ground-up turkey for breakfast. What a waste of your “beach/dunes” asset, due to the over abundance of driftwood. Consider the ways of having it thinned out.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Oddly, there was no screen on the window so it could present a danger to people staying with children in the room (we were on the 2nd floor). There is no wifi connected to the tv so viewing choices were very limited.

This is the third time we've stayed here. It's outdated, but always perfectly clean, with friendly staff. It's so nice to have extra beds, laundry, and breakfast. They have a really cool coffee/ hot chocolate machine that we loved!
