"Really nice resort. We stayed in a pool view swim out room. The property and room were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was very good - even the buffets had good fresh options available. The drinks were good overall and not watered down. Coffee was excellent, one of the highlights. This side of the Serenade resort is pretty new. We stayed 2 nights on the family side due to a change in travel plans, and there really is no comparison between the two. Everything about the adults only side is much better, including the food. Housekeeping was daily and they did a fantastic job. Get your restaurant reservations early, they fill up fast. Be aware they do sell timeshares so this is a sales pitch you might get. One other small note and suggestion for the property management - we were on the ground floor and anytime our upstairs neighbors slid a chair across the floor it was really loud. So loud I kindly informed them to avoid this late at night. Felt pads at the bottom of the chair feet could solve this. These are concrete buildings and so the floors aren’t soft. Overall great stay and highly recommend. "

"This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing — so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay special. One thing that would make the experience even better is a policy about reserving beach chairs at the pool. We noticed some guests would place towels on chairs early in the morning and then leave for long periods, which made it hard for others to find seating. It would feel more fair if chairs couldn’t be held when guests aren’t actually using them. Otherwise, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return!"

"Great place to spend a few days with family or friends! Fantastic amenities, loved the shows, right on the beach. Had a bunch of long skinny pools because there are so many swim out suites. Very easy to get beach chairs and beds are free, unlike most resorts. Food was mixed, but you can definitely find a variety of tasty stuff (they cooked us a meal by request). Not sure what we should’ve had our butler help with, but he was very communicative. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved having a private hot tub on our roof — that’s something I haven’t seen anywhere else. "

"The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. "
