Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – DO NOT STAY HERE!
The Caribe Princess Hotel was the worst vacation ever. The staff doesn’t care about guests—no smiles, no help, just rude attitudes. They trick you with hidden fees, charging for things they say are included. The "all-inclusive" is a lie—you pay extra for everything (room service, drinks, even some food).
The food was disgusting—cold, bland, and barely edible. Restaurants were always "booked," and when we got in, it took hours to get our food (which was still terrible). The coffee shop and ice cream spot closed way too early, leaving us hungry with nothing open.
The room was filthy—dirty sheets (same stain all week!), broken toilet, and a weird smell. Plates and silverware were never clean.
At night, everything was closed—no pools, no beach, no entertainment. The only "fun" was a sad karaoke night with like three people.
The bartenders didn’t know how to make drinks and kept running out of stuff.
Save your money—this place is a scam! We wasted ours and wish we had read a review like this before booking. Stay anywhere else!
