I had the pleasure of being helped in both my check in and check out by Ailed. She was extremely helpful and sweet making sure that my accommodations worked well and made it clear if anything was needed or not up to standard to contact her. More businesses should have employees just like her, her customer service was terrific.

I loved the place but was upset that the pool was closed after being advertised as open. :(

Bed was super comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and plenty hot water. A/C was dipping on to the carpet in the room and there was a terrible leak from the ceiling in the hallway. Staff had put a trashcan and wet floor sign by but in 2 days no one had seemed to care to get it stopped. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would totally stay again, as long as the roof was fixed.

The place was just as pretty as the photos the staff super friendly explained where everything was . My grandson loved making his waffles in the morning. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows I would definitely stay again
