Perfect location at the complex

This condo is possibly the most convenient location at the complex as it is right off the walkway to the beach and just a building away from one of the pools. While the unit needs some upgraded furnishings/ decor and a deep cleaning, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. It definitely served its purpose for our family!

Spring break

Rented this property for a short trip. The description of the condo was accurate and the unit was clean and it was a good value. However my biggest complaint was that we could not adjust the thermostat below 75 and it was very humid in the unit. We are not a family that requires 60 degrees but we felt this excessive. Also the unit had very thin walls and we could hear our neighbors from above and beside. Lots of noise from the traffic and also construction that was going on in the complex. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Doubt we will rent this unit again.

Nice location

The condo is in a good location, close to activities and restaurants within walking distances. The check-in process was long,we didn’t get to check in until after 6pm.The condo was clean,but more attention could have been given to the floor in the bathroom.The main complaint was that the thermostat was to be set no cooler than 75 and is monitored.There was no mention of temperature regulations on the condo site,otherwise we would’ve have probably picked another location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Husband and I celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary and as always our condo and stay was amazing. Clean, well maintained and home inspired atmosphere made our stay perfect. When booking we always attempt to get this condo if available but have stayed in others in the past that have been equally nice.
