Beds made. No towels. Room not cleaned. Hair in tub. Hair on floors dirty toilet. Advised front desk. Was advised they would handle. All that was done was placing towels in room and wiping hair up. Room still dirty and toilet never cleaned. Very run down.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY….and so many more reasons!! This property should not be listed as an option. I was there long enough to look at the room and that was too long. The property looked liked a set from a slasher movie. No locks on the exterior entrance doors, no toilet paper or towels in the room, and material literally falling off the exterior of the building. I can on, and on… The two people at the desk were rude and of minimal help when I told them my reasons (list above) for canceling my reservation, the one person responded, “ that’s what you get with Super 8”. I could only shake my head in disbelief and disappointment. I spoke with a sympathetic agent at Wyndham, filed an official complaint late August haven’t heard back. Hence the reason for my delayed review. I was waiting for a response. Still waiting….

Air condition was effective but sounded like a jet plane was taking off next to me and woke me up multiple times. No towels, washcloths, bar soap hand soap, or facial tissue. The light when you come in the door did not work, the television did not work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I got to the property to check in and it is not an operating hotel. There was nobody in the lobby. There was no computers or anything on the desk. There was just homeless looking people walking in and out of the motel with no sign of kidney Worker.

Worst experience ever.

Had worst experience in this hotel. For check-in, I had to go to Baymont hotel which is located in same compound. Baymont staff was rude. Roms were not clean and had very bad smell. There was no one available in Super8 reception area. They shows photo of beautiful swiming pool but the swiming pool does not have any water. Also, I had breakfast included in my reservation but no breakfast was provided. Other than that, garbage was being thrown out of windows by cleaning staff. Never expected such a bad experience from Super8 which is managed by wyndhum. Also, why hotels.com is keeping such hotels in their list. It should be removed immediately from their listing. Why should any visitor/customer suffers as they trust Super8 by wyndhum and hotels.com. I give 0 ratings to this hotel. @hotels.com, pleaese take required actions and remove it from listing asap

It was really worst stay, the room was not clean, no trash bin available, no towels, even after complaining to front desk, they did not take any action. There was no breakfast available as well.

Wasn't even able to check in. No one at the front desk and no signs with any instructions. Apparently you need to go to the hotel next door to check in. Paid for a night that I wasn't able to use. Had to book another hotel and forfeit my money. Best to look elsewhere.
