Check-in was very rude. The front desk person asked for our last name. I spelt it for him, then he demanded for an ID. After he handed us our keys and said this is your room key and walked away. Our room had a piece of gum on the wall right next to the bed. We were staying for a tournament so I expect some noise but it never quited down. You can hear ALL conversations that are coming from hallways. The breakfast was okay. There were spills of juice all over the counters. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I couldn't imagine having to try to get a good nights sleep two nights in a row seeing as we couldn't even get one.

When I checked into the hotel, they told me a hold deposit is required for incidental and it would be refunded within a few days. I didn't get the refund after 4 days and was also charged another deposit. Both charges were already posted to my credit card account within 2 days of my stay instead of in pending status. I called the hotel about the charges and they just told me to wait a few more days. On the 5th day, the charges were still not refunded so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges to get them reversed. Avoid this hotel.

The room that we were assigned, 120, was clean and heated appropriately. The breakfast served was comparable to what I might expect at competitor properties. That being said, there weren't any staff mulling around as I normally would see at other properties. Perhaps my biggest complaint, and this really is a complaint more so than a frustration, was that the hallways and common areas, and especially the entrance area where devoid of any heating. It was so cold, that my other guest and I didn't even want to sit in the breakfast area to eat our breakfast because it was so cold.

I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel at any price point. From the start, check-in was inconvenient, I had to wait for someone to come inside because staff were outside on the other side of the building. The room itself had several maintenance issues. The door did not properly close and had to be physically pushed shut, which felt unsafe. The mirror in the room was damaged, with a piece missing from the bottom left. There was only one electrical outlet within reach of the beds, which was extremely impractical, and the TV did not work at all. The hallways were not heated, making it uncomfortable just to walk to and from the room. There were no onsite food options, and even the mini-mart inside the building was locked and unavailable. To make matters worse, the rooms were not soundproof, so noise traveled easily and disrupted rest. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor maintenance, and general inconvenience made this a very unpleasant experience. This stay was absolutely not worth the cost, and I would not return.
