Parking was difficult due to a toter with large trailer taking 7 spaces and a box truck taking 3 spots when we came to the hotel at 1045 pm in the rain. Frustrating.

The late night check in left something to be desired. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was a mess. The check in lady was not too friendly but the morning staff was very friendly.

The parking is very limited. We were provided a parking pass for the hotel lot but we ended up having to park 2 blocks down from the hotel. Very frustrating. Other people were running up and down the hotel halls around 4 am and pounding on doors.

The property is clean, staff was polite, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend having pillows that are different styles of firmness. The pillows are great but very soft and I am more of a firmer pillow lover. The breakfast was a great spread. I give this property a 10/10. Definitely recommend and will book again during my travels.

Overall good experience with great staff. Room wasn’t cleaned once in 3 days, not sure if I was suppose to request or not. Toilet was also a bit dirty when I arrived. Overall, I would recommend.
