Ok overall

Air conditioner in the room was loud, but worked. The parking lot issue is inconvenient, especially being from out of the area, and arriving late in the evening, once I figured it out it wasn’t that bad though.

The room was clean the ac went all the way down to 50 so it was nice an cold an so convenient for our concert it took was like two blocks over so we just walked even though the hotel offers shuttle rides to places

The hotel was very clean. Staff working the front desk were friendly, prompt. The restaurant had horrible service, my daughter’s food was burnt and by the time we were able to get our server’s attention, it was too late to order something else because we had somewhere to be. The server never asked if we wanted another drink. We would definitely stay at the hotel again but wouldn’t eat at Cityscapes.

First time staying here. Convenient location for driving to other locations, not so much for walking. Road noise is very loud for rooms facing expressway, even up on the 6th floor. Service was good.

Affordable and convenient for attending a concert at the Casey's center. There is also a free shuttle that ran anywhere withing a 3-mile radius. Would stay here again.

There is no drive up to check in currently with the area blocked off, so plan to do some walking across the road with luggage. Check in was friendly. Busy at 3 pm, which was to be expected. It was quick and easy. Were not given check out time or breakfast information. Property is very nice. Not ultra modern, but quality and tasteful. Room was very clean! Comfy ned and pillows. Nicely appointed! It is noisy as far as road noise, but its a busy downtown area for sure. The hallway was veey quiet. No noise at all from sarrounding rooms. Parking was sufficient even with a busy concert going on. Price was higher due to this but far more reasonable than others, so we were satisfied with the value.

It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The windows seemed open but they were not. We were on the 9th floor and we couldn’t sleep due to interstate ambulances. Major needs updated. Too bad but it was the closest place to our venue.
