Flight attendant was not too pleasant. Especially in light of virus concerns. It is very comforting when the attendants smile and are welcoming.
Flight was delayed, but staff was great.
We were given the exit row so that was great!
Loved being able to upgrade one leg of the journey to experience First Class. Will do this again! Loved the perks.
I was happy not having any delays.
Need to enforce carry on limits. I paid for a class that gets carry on, and had to have bag stowed.
The radio in the plane from Atlanta to Des Moines needs to be fixed. It was really hard to heat the staff and pilot when they spoke.
We really appreciated the help we had with the united team. All went very well.
Very small seats.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and nice
No problems, nice flight
