Check in person seemed incompetent. Had to manually enter credit card number. Did not keep coffee pot full in the morning. No breakfast. Poor lighting in the room. Electrical outlet hanging from the wall.

It could have been a great experience. It had the potential. A king bed, big flat screen and a whirlpool tub. It was not. There were ants all over the desk, coffee maker and supplies. A huge wet spot on the carpet where someone had spilled something. The whirlpool barely moved water and the TV, refrigerator, some of the lights and the AC unit would not turn on. The 4 pillows on the king bed were nice but 2 more would have been perfect but the worst of it was sleeping on a brick. My body felt like I had been in an accident when I woke up. The bed was clean, the floor had not been vacuumed and there was small pieces of trash on the floor. The furniture looked as though it had been left where the last guest moved it, it was not staged as it should have been after the room was cleaned. 4 clean towels was good but only 1 mat so we had to move it from the tub to the shower in the other room. When I tried to discuss it with the front desk, she was busy checking rooms (we were told they only had 4 check ins all day) and was not available. Was not offered our (free) breakfast and was dismissed by the housekeeping staff. We weren't even able to check out with a human being. No one there, drop the cards in a small bucket of liquid. We had to sign an agreement that we would wear a mask while in all common areas but NONE of the staff wore masks! Not even a bell or button to get someone's attention! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room not properly prepped. No cups, no ice bucket, no wash cloth, no shampoo. Upon check in no info given about breakfast. Room was ok, ottoman stained, entertainment center the veneer was coming off. About 1/2 the jets in hit tub did not work. Shower did not drain. Upon telling the front desk no action was taken. I repeated my concerns at check out and i was told since i did not book through them they could not do any thing.

The girls at the front desk were so nice and helpful and gave great recommendations about which mall to go to. The room was so nice, we stayed in a suite with a heart shaped hot tub right in the room. The bed was comfy, water was nice and hot. Impressive fitness room and nice pool.
