A great value for the rate. A newer facility, friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities, good (healthy even!) breakfast, and free on-site parking. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice clean room however the pool was closed for maintenance and the power went off to the hotel for two hours meaning that there was no breakfast when we got up and no real alternatives. I think for $160 a night pre tax in Des Moines with no hint at comping anything , loke even a free beverage that Holiday inn express could do better

Gym Room and Training Areas: was reasonable. It could have been excellent with additional equipment available such as Pulley system or Rack Mounted Pulley system. Breakfast: breakfast hours of services were flexible for not early risers. Future improvement could include more menue with lots of fruits. Instant cofee makers were top of notch. I hope to see this again.
