Just wish the hot tub worked

The staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed to have been updated with hard floor tiles, some tiles loose and some dirty smudges on walls. Booked this hotel over others for the fact that it had a hot tub and would’ve been nice for my bad back condition but unfortunately hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been for a while. Pool was dated and definitely needs service, rust pouring out of tiles. Again the staff was very friendly and I would stay again unless there was a price comparable option with a working hot tub!

It did not have an elevator. The TV, fridge and more were plugged into a power strip hanging out of the wall. Grout in bathroom was moldy & hair in the shower. Carpets were dirty. The front desk lady was nice. The location was perfect for a red eye flight at DSM airport

This location is super convenient. Very close to airport. They will let you leave your car in the parking lot while traveling for a small fee. Convenient, clean, and close to airport with a reasonable rate with breakfast that starts at 4:30am. Peefect for our stay.

The door to the room isn’t sealed properly and has a gap around it that you can see light from the hall coming through the bottom, top, and side of door. Also walls and door are thin and you can hear everything in the hall and other rooms as if the people are standing in your room. But the room was adequate and the person that checked me in was nice.

Priced right

Was a nice enough room. Service was great during check in. Breakfast was good. It’s just a noisy location. My room was right by the stairs and a side door and as this hotel is near the airport, people were coming and going all night and in that room you could everything. Not sure anything could be done about that. Everything else was spot on.
