"It is a good place to stay at for families (especially if you're visiting Disneyland). The only reason I did not give an excellent rating it's because the inside of the suite could use a makeover (paint, clean/replace carpet, replace towels, etc). It is definitely spacious and we were all comfortable. We felt safe, nice area. Some family members ate breakfast there and they liked the selection of food they offered. Thank you!"

"The breakfast was really good, eggs and either potatoes or sausage depending on the day, make 'em yourself waffles, cereals and oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, fruit, decent coffee, milk, and juices. Coffee was available in the reception area as well. The rooms were clean and quiet. A small refrigerator (standard) with a freezer section was very useful, since I was there for a week and lived off frozen dinners. There are a couple of well-stocked vending machines. I didn't use the pool, but I noticed that others were using it and were having a good time. The gym was okay, there are three machines and a few free weights. I would just suggest having disinfecting wipes to clean off machines before and after use. It is a little less than a 2 mile walk to Disneyland, but there is a bus on Harbor Blvd."

"This was our second time staying here. We love the location, the beds are comfortable, and staff is always friendly. The only issue we experienced this time was our bathroom sink smelling of sewage. Luckily, we don’t spend much time in our room when we are visiting Disneyland, so it wasn’t a major issue.. just made brushing teeth and showering unpleasant."

"The room was very clean and cozy perfect for 1-2 people! Staff all very friendly and extremely helpful with the IPad checkin. All employees greeted with a smile and seemed happy to help not annoyed or like they couldn’t be bothered (rare)! My only complaint was there was no free tea ($4) or coffee. Free water and reusable glass bottles available though. Because it is such a small hotel and I’m sure alot of solo travelers (like myself), it would be nice if they charged for breakfast per person vs per room (~$22). They also ran out of every toiletry I requested (eg lotion, shower cap) so it would be nice if that had been in stock. All this aside I would 100% stay at this hotel again! Thankfully in safe walking distance (>5 minutes) from Central Market where you can have plenty of food options. Speaking of safe they require key card entry at night and have a security guard right out front. Would recommend to anyone needed a comfy, safe, place to stay for a quick trip to DTLA!"
