"DONT LET THE LOBBY FULL YOU! They put a lot of effort into the lobby but the rooms are terrible. We got assigned room 213, it was absolutely filthy. Many brown and dark red stains on the walls, lamp shades, the blow dryer, hair in the sink. Toilet paper hadn’t been replaced and sitting chair was torn in lots of places and stained. Drawers were very sticky. We let the women at the front desk know and they gave us another room, however, this one didn’t have ceiling lights, stains on the walls, and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all the door to the new room got jammed and the same woman we complained to said it was just broken. Walls are paper thin and we heard others complain about the faulty doors. This is the first time we didnt choose the Hilton, NEVER AGAIN. we will always choose Hotel Fera Orange by the Hilton "

"front lady that checked us in was rude and not helpful at all after i told her we stay there quite often she did not care the lady manager at the water park was really rude we moved are chairs a Littel back to get out of the sun and she ran over and told us all the chairs have to be in a line for emergency personal first of all there was no body there except for a block wall just really embarrassing all i can say is save your self the aggravation and stay some where else the fan in the bathroom was really weak hot water did not get hot enough. any fan in bathroom"

"The staff are very friendly. The lobby looks nice but the hallway’s carpet was dirty and the doorways and elevator were beat up and dirty. The room was similar. The sink had a slight foul odor. The parking lot wasn’t well lit and behind a loud bar. The desk chair was broken but bed was comfortable."
