Perfect for me and my son!
I stayed in a smaller room in the back because it was just be and my 3YO son. I was very impressed. It felt so homey! It was about 10 mins from Rockport beach where the water was clear! The pool was nice and clean. The room was nice and cool. It was just by chance I found this place since I wanted to extend my Port A trip. Now I think I would rather stay here than Port A!!! Plus Port A is just a ferry trip away if you want to shop or eat on the island.

Great little getaway!
Great stay for us. We would do it again. All we needed for a simple, clean and affordable beach stay for 2. Pool was a bonus! Rockport beaches just up the road.

Misleading listing
This property was clean and pretty updated. However, the items pictured were not accurate to the listing and it was misleading. The sofa was old and stained and blue and not brown as pictured, the room was much smaller than it looks in the picture, the shower water pressure was enough to power wash a house, the sink outside of the bathroom had little to no water pressure and there was no actual bed in the room. The mattress sat on a bed frame that made noise and moved every time we sat down, laid down or touched it, it wasn’t sturdy at all. There needs to be an actual bed in the room.

Great little spot
Clean studio as described in the listing located in a nice quiet cottage complex. Close to nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back here in the future.
