Very loud, the sounds from the street were so loud they woke me up a number of times. The staff did not let me know that I could get a ticket for my parking so I paid full price for it and got a ticket on top of that - the valet there let me know so I got to get it waived thankfully.

Air conditioner was outrageously loud. Without a doubt, the loudest air conditioner ever in a hotel room. Everything else was fine. No smart tv. Corner room had very nice views. Not a fan of vanity/sink/mirror not being enclosed along with shower and toilet.

Situated within easy walking distance Gas Lamp district, and the harbour. Liked that it was a historical building. Staff very pleasant. Hotel parking is expensive

Hotel was ok but the shower did not drain and the shower floor was some sort of slick stone. The lights in the room that actually worked were flickering (LED lights). Windows were old and dirty and painted closed. Paint all over the window. Room boasted comfy chair with ottoman but it barely fit between the bed and the wall and was old and dirty. All that said, the bed was the most comfortable I think I’ve ever slept in and linens and towels were super clean and abundant. Coffee pot in the room leaked and the in room coffee could not even be called TEA because it was so weak. Soooo not worth 250$ a night!

A reasonably priced option near to many of the downtown sites, and easily accessible to my conference center. Room was small but sufficient for one person - reminded me of being in NYC. Hotel has few amenities but is nearby to restaurants and other options for needs. Worked for me.

Historical building with out of date HVAC system

Hotel lobby was cold. No coffee on first floor had to go up to floor 2. HVAC system in room 717 was too loud and temperature settings were not properly adjusted to actual room temperature. Had maintenance person Victor quickly address issue helping reduce noise but not correct thermostat control system at least 10+ degrees off
