I made a reservation for a nice stay with my wife and they could not secure my reservation paid off and placed us in a room with two beds in lieu of a single king size. The bathroom has the sink cracked; cold water had low pressure. Totally disappointed for what should be a top notch hotel. Don’t over book if you claim high standards;

Stayed here 1 night on an extremely rare getaway from our three young children. Beautiful hotel, great amenities, perfect location in walking distance to Seaport Village and Gaslamp District. We had a room with a beautiful view of the Bay. Only complaint is the room was humid and smelled a bit musty. Overall though, a great stay.

1 star for the very nice gentleman when we were checking out. But 0 stars for the rest of the stay. 1) bathroom smelled like mold/mildew. (Had to sleep with the bathroom door closed). 2) bathtub faucet was dripping so hard I thought the water was on. (Probably the reason for the mold smell.) 3) sink does not drain. Turns into a puddle, I had to Jimmy the drain plug up and down for it to drain down. 4) tons of condensation on the glass for my “ocean bay view” that I paid extra for, so no view. I’m not too mad about this, I know it’s not really in their control. Just thought I’d add it before the worst one… 5) and my worst nightmare of unwashed hotel sheets was a reality. Woke up the morning and saw a 6 inch wide pee stain right where I was sleeping. Took pictures of everything except the condensation just for proof. I want to say that my room was just a lemon and I’m sure they have good reviews for a reason. But I wouldn’t come back to this hotel unless I was reimbursed for my first visit.
