This is the first time I was very disappointed on housekeeping. I left my cell phone charger and cable in the room. I called later and during a period of 4-5 days. Nobody could do anything about it. ... please call tomorrow, please call tomorrow again in the Moy.....bla bla. Obviously someone just pocketed my charger. I had to buy another one. I'll never stay in this hotel again....EVER!!!. Don't leave anything in the room.... you'll never get it back.

Just to spend the night.
The reception was good and friendly. The cleanliness wasn't that good. The floors were VERY DIRTY, found coins on the floor, an empty bag of peanuts under the bed, you could even see the dirt in the corners of the room, this room wasn't swept at all. The bathroom was clean though as was the kitchenette and the fridge. There was a heating stove top on the counter, but without knobs. Breakfast was very basic.

This hotel is very clean, and it’s in a nice location. I also liked the fact it was affordable for the suite we stayed in. The hotel personnel & the front desk lady were very nice (she checked us in early for our room). This hotel was pleasant to stay in & I truly recommend it.

We stayed at your hotel last night and a horrible night stay. I booked last minute due to an ER visit close by. We had expected to have a bath tub, free breakfast and a clean room. The tv didn't work at all. We had none of the things that were stated on the website and on top of that the late night attendant was rude. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We would like a refund.

Not a bad place for the price… a little older hotel needed some updating! Lots of construction in the area. One thing there was several persons wondering in the parking lot smoking!!! Not sure if they were guests of the hotel? No security

I went with my phone that has no service . Half of the reason I stayed in this hotel was the location and price. The other half was because wifi was included. I had no wifi at all! Wich is what was promoted I didn’t use my phone at all until I believe the next day at 7 am I went to ask front desk and they knew that room 101 doesn’t get wifi they weren’t not surprised and instantly put it in. I struggled all night trying to find that wifi that was given to me . I just think if they knew room 101 doesn’t get the wifi they should tell the people before. Totally regret staying here wasn’t able to contact nobody no wifi at all was given to me
