Great location and price. Anything you need is within walking distance. Staff was excellent and friendly. Check-in took less than 5 minutes. The first room I had the air conditioning didn't work. I contacted the front desk and within 10 minutes had me in another room with ice-cold air. A very comfortable, roomy hotel that won't break the bank. I'd definitely stay again. Avoid the Island St. facing rooms for a quieter evening. I'd definitely stay again!

The staff was outstanding from the check in through the time we checked out. The kept our luggage once we checked out and the room was beautiful!!
