I am very disappointed that despite speaking to a front desk person two times to book my two rooms, I was never told the elevator is not working. I needed to accommodate my two young children and my elder parents who are handicapped. Only when I checked in did the nice front desk lady, Jessica, tell me that my parents would have to climb stairs to get to their second floor, ADA- compliant room. This is unacceptable. My father is 90 years old and has Parkinson's disease with a shuffle in his walk. I insisted they be accommodated on the first floor and Jessica was very helpful with that. But I'm very bothered that my kids and I are on another floor and there are no phones in this hotel for us to stay in communication. I have to keep running between floors to check on my kids and my parents (who are totally dependent). As I told Jessica, I would never have booked this hotel if I knew the elevators were broken and I could not be side by side with my parents. Also, why are ADA compliant rooms even on the second second floor? I hope Travelocity/ La Quinta thinks about how inconvenient this has been for my family and make things right because as of now we have no interest in ever staying in a La Quinta facility again.

For the price you pay, it’s worth it.

My daughter & I arrived around 8/8:30pm. Check in was easy, the attendant was very friendly & welcoming. She provided plenty of information regarding breakfast, parking, amenities & room location. Parking was abundant. There is a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel was a plus. The room smelled good & was clean. Breakfast was simple & basic, yet had plenty of options. I would stay here again.

Hot boxed by the second hand smoke.

The rooms were clean, but outdated. As soon as the elevator doors opened, there was a strong marijuana smell- that only got stronger with time. We asked to be moved and originally was told that we’d have to pay the difference and later told that it would be covered and were moved to the first floor. Room was much better than the first one. It had more updates and in better condition than the first one. Overall, it was a decent overnight stay.

The elevator was not working. The room had to a plugged in air freshener that smelled like a janitor’s closet. The outlets for the fridge and microwave were burnt and was a fire hazard. The person who checked us in seemed a little angry.

We only stayed one night and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the heavy use of deodorizer. It was so strong, it gave me a headache and all my clothes and luggage reeked when we got home! The people working there, on the other hand, were really friendly and helpful. Good people outweighed the strong odor!

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired

Let me start by saying that the staff was very courteous. Our room seemed fairly updated, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were mysterious stains on the walls that looked a lot like bodily fluids and the furniture was stained. I was willing to vaguely overlook this as it was reasonably priced and a place to stay for the night, that was until another group was given our room as well and opened the door and started to come in the room as I was getting out of the shower. I was livid. We bolted the door and safety latch and hesitantly went to sleep. In the morning as we were getting ready to head out a roach ran across the counter. I could not leave fast enough
