So disappointed!!

I am very disappointed that I paid for a suite with jetted tub and it DIDN'T EVEN WORK!! 1st I couldn't even fill it up with the faucet because only the shower part would work but it wouldn't have mattered if it had because the jets don't even have a way to turn on!!!!!

Looks nice but houses cockroaches.

I found a cockroach eating a pc of my sandwich. I never seen one before. I had to google to confirm. I kiled it and was on edge the rest of the time. Now when i return home i have to do all this extra work to ensure their offspring do not hatch in my home. Gross. I do not recommend as there are several other hotels in the area.

Rooms were clean and bug free with warm and comfortable bedding. There was No coffee pot in the rooms. Staff would lie to you with a big smile on their face. Was made to put down $100 cash security deposit or have them hold a $100 charge on my credit card that will take multiple weeks to have refunded. Even though I'm a 65 yr old handicapped man with no child or pet in the room.

A good, reliable place to stay. The linens were clean. The water was hot. Decent water pressure in the shower. The heat worked well. The minifridge was set to a point where it was not chilling. It was not fun to figure that out in morning. The advanced check-in did not work. I had to submit my ID and credit card again at the receptionist desk.

Up from Florida to visit my boys and grandkids

It was pretty comfortable. The king size bed was wonderful. But the noise of the loud trucks speeding around on Jefferson or International Dr were very loud
