The people were fantastic. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond for us. The building itself was a bit dated and had a musty smell. The crib we reserved for our 1 year old was stained and smelled of urine.

When we first arrived on our floor which was the second floor there was a foul odor in the hallways that perminate in our room. I had to go to Walmart to purchase Lysol spray eventually they were able to get that smell out of the hallway that's the only issue I had.

The staff was very nice and helping. The breakfast was above average. We were in town for the softball tournaments and has an excellent stay at the Baymont!!!

We were relocated to Beaumont after our reservation through Travelocity at another Columbia hotel was not honored. Although this misfortune was time consuming and frustrating, we were ultimately very pleased with our new hotel. We will definitely stay there again!

terrible experience

Room service non existent if we stayed in our room after 10:00 am. Potato chips and pistachio nut shells on floor when we got there. Carpet frayed including stings from carpet on floor especially leaving tiny bathroom. Pipes from both the shower and bathtub facet loose from wall. Would never stay there again. Paint on walls warped.
