The space

The Camper is one vacation rental of many on Red Rock Canyon Retreat - a 3 acre property on the edge of Colorado Springs and at the base of the mountains. Next to your campsite is the trailhead leading into the mountains. The RV is a luxury model with all of the extra comforts. There is a shower/tub, real porcelain toilet, washer/dryer and even a fireplace. Beside you is a 100 year old cabin going through a restoration. Deer and other wildlife are everywhere. It’s a magical place where your dreams of camping and trekking through the vast mountain terrain become reality! Review from recent guest: My family loved staying here! The camper itself is very spacious, and we never felt crowded or cramped. They have absolutely everything that you need, and we were very comfortable. The outdoor space is also more spacious than we expected and we loved sitting outside looking at the mountains and watching the deer and bunnies that would wander by. We also had a couple of small camp fires in the awesome fire pit area that is provided. The area is very private and you aren't on top of others like you would be at any kind of campground. Also, it is not in a busy area, but there are many stores, restaurants, etc. within 5 to 10 minutes away. Also, Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls, Manitou Springs, etc. are just a few minutes away. We are already planning to be back in the next few months, and will absolutely stay here again. Necole is a great host, and was super helpful and responsive.

You will have dedicated parking and private outdoor space with your own campfire setting. The entire RV is for you alone to enjoy!
Other things to note
This is a park model RV, meaning it is permanently connected to a continual water supply and sewer line with no tanks at all. There is a furnace for heating and AC for cooling. The hot water tank is about half the size of a typical house. You won't need to know anything at all about living in an RV!
