- Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent is 25.
- Towels are set out for the appropriate number of people on your reservation. Your reservation must accurately reflects the number in your party. No additional guests allowed over capacity & what is listed on rental agreement/reservation. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy happen.
- Home is NOT 420 Friendly/No Drugs of ANY KIND on premises. This includes inside units, on decks, or anywhere on the entirety of the property.
- Smoking Cigarettes & Cigars are allowed in the designated smoking area marked in The Aviary Yard (along the fence). Smoking on private decks & covered patio are strictly prohibited.
