HOUSE IS ONLY TWO BLOCKS FROM DOWNTOWN, 2 BLOCKS TO THE INTERSTATE AND 6 BLOCKS TO COLORADO COLLEGE. A PERFECT LOCATION FOR EVERYTHING IN COLORADO SPRINGS.
